Arizona Supreme Court upholds 1864 near-total criminal abortion ban

A womans right to healthcare is being attacked again in Arizona. This time by the Arizona State Supreme Court. This time an antiquated law from 1864 has been resurrected. This law has serious criminal penalties and a near total ban. This law predates even Arizona's statehood.. We cannot allow Pennsylvania to fall into this same trap. Stopping them from trying to find and use old laws that should have been taken off the books long ago is a true attack on womens rights. The threats to reporductive freedom have never been greater. Every election is an opportunity to elect a pro choice champion. I am a pro choice champion.
