Schools and Solar Panels

Interesting article in the Butler Eagle today (5/22) Headline "Moniteau saves money, sells solar power back to the grid". A success story for schools. My opponent has expressed her distaste for public schools in the past and in fact voted against HB1032 allowing school districts to apply "Solar for School Grants." Her anti-public school’s stance is widely known. When a school district like Moniteau can save an estimated $125000 a year in electrical cost than this is not just a win for the school district but a huge win for tax payers and home owners.
